By booking an appointment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).

2. Booking Requirements

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session.

• Appointments must be booked by the attending client. Bookings cannot be made on behalf of another person, as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions must be made personally.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or missed appointments (including due to lateness or forgetfulness) are non-refundable.

4. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior contact, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and will not be refunded.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

6. Disclaimer

• All sessions are for guidance and entertainment purposes only.

• They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

• By attending a session, you acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken are your own responsibility.

• Results are not guaranteed and may vary.

7. Right to Refuse Service

• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at my discretion.

• In such cases, a full refund will be provided where applicable.
