All appointments are conducted in AEST (Melbourne time).
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
2. Booking Requirements
Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session.
Appointments must be booked by the attending client. Bookings cannot be made on behalf of another person, as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions must be made personally.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or missed appointments (including due to lateness or forgetfulness) are non-refundable.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients.
If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior contact, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and will not be refunded.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
