By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (if applicable).
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to **24 hours** in advance.
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
* No-shows will not be refunded.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. If you're late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other clients.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late without contact, your session will be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued for appointments cancelled within the cancellation window (24 hours or more prior to your appointment)
- No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or no-shows.

6. Right to Refuse Service
