By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (if applicable).

2. Age Requirement

• All clients must be 18 years or older to book a session.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund.

• No-shows will receive a 50% refund.

4. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. If you're late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other clients.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late without contact, your session will be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued for appointments cancelled with 24 hours or more notice.

• 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

• No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

6. Disclaimer

• Results may vary. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

7. Right to Refuse Service

• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at my discretion, with a full refund provided if applicable.
