By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (if applicable).

2. Booking Requirements

  • All clients must be 18 years or older to book a session.

  • Appointments cannot be booked on your behalf by another person, as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions must be made personally by the attending client.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • No call/no shows, or appointments cancelled at the time of due to lateness or forgetfulness will receive a 0% refund.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you're late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other clients.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late without contact, your session will be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued for appointments cancelled with 24 hours or more notice.

  • 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations, within 5-10 business days.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

  • 6. Disclaimer

7. Right to Refuse Service
